About the event
Learn about the Taino symbols and their connection to Puerto Rican culture while creating your very own Taino linoleum stamp & print during this 3-hour workshop. You will be provided with instructions and guidance on creating a linoleum block print from start to finish. Ultimately, you will have a carved block stamp and at least one final print to take home. Participants are welcome to bring images to use as inspiration and additional fabric "support" to stamp, e.g., fabric scraps, clothes, housewares, bags, etc.
This workshop is for beginners. Snacks included. Ages 15 +
All materials will be provided:
